Burro Creek Campground
Greetings from the Landship Galactica!
We have recently made a landing at Burro Creek Campground during our intergalactic adventures, and we must say, it was a delightful surprise. The serene surroundings and tranquil creek running through the campground made for a much-needed change of pace.
As we set up camp, we were amazed by the diverse and unique rock formations that surrounded us. It was as if we were exploring a completely different planet, filled with geological wonders. We spent our days hiking and exploring the nearby trails, taking in the breathtaking views and discovering new sights along the way.
But the real highlight of our stay at Burro Creek Campground was the peaceful nights spent by the creek. The sounds of the rushing water and chirping crickets were the perfect soundtrack for stargazing. We were even lucky enough to spot a few shooting stars during our stay!
In conclusion, our visit to Burro Creek Campground was truly a highlight of our travels. I was surprised at how beautiful and how much I enjoyed staying at this campground. I arrived on a weekend in mid-January. The campground was mostly empty. I was able to secure a private site without any close neighbors. I had a great view of the bridge as well as lovely variety of cactus, birds, and other wildlife. If you're in the area, we highly recommend a stop at this serene and peaceful campground.
